Certified "AAA" angus strip cut at eight ounces and char grilled to your desired doneness. Some of the best beef available perfectly aged for an absolutely delicious steak. Plated with a dollop of roasted garlic butter and just a splash of jus.

Good Thymes Rib-Eye $33.00 each
We take a 10oz cut off our flavourful roasted "AAA" Angus prime rib that has been roasted blue-rare to allow the spices to permeate through the meat. It is then finished on the char broiler over high heat to give it that grilled flavour and doneness that you like.

Chipotle Lime Shrimp $23.00 each
Large Black Tiger shrimp pan fried with chipotle pepper, lime juice and finished with butter and fresh cilantro.

Blackened Salmon $21.00 each
Moist grilled blackened salmon with Cajun seasonings and finished with a smooth Hollandaise sauce.

A grilled 8oz. "AAA" Black Angus New York Strip grilled to your liking then finished with crumbled bleu cheese sauce, and bistro fried onions.

Tender chicken breast breaded and fried golden brown topped with our house made marinara and cheese blend and served over a roasted garlic cream sauce.

Pan seared double breast of chicken finished in the pan with a tequila lime cream sauce spiked with jalapeno pepper. A staff favourite!

Roasted Rack of Lamb $34.00 each
Oven roasted rack of lamb finished in the pan with caramelized onions flamed with brandy, rich beef stock, a dollop of butter, fresh herbs and bread crumbs.

Pork Medallion Marnier $22.00 each
Sauteed pork tenderloin carved into medallions, de-glazed with Grand Marnier and finished with fresh thyme, cracked peppercorns and butter thickened pan juices. In a word.... AWESOME!
